Project Objective

To comprehensively evaluate the effectiveness of supported employment programmes delivered by partner NGOs in improving the employability of PWD and to gain a deeper understanding about the experiences of stakeholders involved in the programmes

To propose policy and programme recommendations based on the evaluation findings to promote inclusive employment

Our Key Tasks

To conduct questionnaires with participants before and after the programmes, in order to evaluate the effectiveness of supported employment programmes delivered by partner NGOs in improving the employability of PWD

To conduct interviews or focus groups with key stakeholders (including PWD, helping professionals from partner NGOs, and employers) to gain a deeper understanding of their experiences in the programmes

To propose policy and programme recommendations based on the evaluation findings to promote inclusive employment
