Project Objective
Through multi-professional intervention, provide strength-based comprehensive employment support for young people with special educational needs and enhance their employability
To provide talent development, holistic development support and meaningful community engagement activities for SEN youth
To provide mutual support and inclusion-themed workshops for caregivers/parents
To improve employers’ positive attitudes and skills towards inclusive employment
SEN youth aged 16 years old or above (including autism spectrum disorder, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder and/or dyslexia) AND who have graduated from mainstream secondary school or above academic profile

To provide strength assessments and employment support services, including soft/job skills training, job/internship matching, transition adaptation support, job coaching and/or on-the-job support services

To enhance parents’ mutual aids support and understanding towards inclusive employment
To connect employers and community stakeholders to co-create jobs, provide individualized consultation and education, and promote workplace inclusion
