Project Objective

Integrating Virtual Reality into vocational training for youths with SEN to bolster their career planning and employability skills.

Delivering employer workshops to foster a deeper understanding of the strengths and needs of individuals with SEN promoting inclusiveness in the workplace

Empower NGOs and educational institutions to utilize information technology for broader impact on PWDs

Our Key Tasks

Adopt diverse vocational assessment tools to help SEN youths build personal career portfolios, identify strengths, and clarify career goals

Provide structured Virtual-Reality-based training to enhance SEN youths’ career planning and comprehensive employable skills

Expand corporate networks to offer industry experience, internships, and job matching for SEN youths

Provide workshops and training for corporates to increase awareness of neurodiversity and build inclusive workplace
