Project Objective

To open up diversified job opportunities for VI youths and enable them to exploit their full potential and contribute to society

To facilitate employers in identifying diverse talents and co-create a diverse and inclusive workplace culture

Based on the strength and talent of the visually impaired youths, to work with the community and corporates to create diverse and innovative employment opportunities

Our Key Tasks

Provide career counseling and pre-employment and on-the-job training to assist visually impaired youth in adequately preparing their mindset, skills, and abilities to face workplace challenges

Connect with employers to seek potential job opportunities and provide consulting services for workplace inclusion and employee training

Assist in matching visually impaired youth with suitable talent and positions, promoting alignment between skills and job roles, while offering necessary support and follow-up, such as lending assistive devices and referring to government funding schemes

Create and generate job opportunities that allow visually impaired youth to utilize their abilities and strengths
